It can be difficult to receive support at school when challenges only arise at home. Focusing Solutions Consultation can help you find answers that best meet your needs. 

What is your background with interventions?

Dr. Coles has worked with numerous families in a variety of settings, including schools, court-based youth programs, enrichment programs, and care facilities. 

Is financial assistance available?

Service fees are based on Dr. Heather Coles’s credentials and experience. Recognizing that many families face financial hardship during times of distress, financial assistance is available through an application process. Reduced fees are available for individual and family services only. 

How much private information do I need to provide for services?

Focusing Solutions Consultation invites clients to complete an intake form covering several areas of functioning. Clients may complete as many or as few sections as they feel comfortable sharing. While providing more information can help us deliver the highest quality of service, your comfort and privacy remain our priority. All clients have the right to confidentiality and respectful treatment at all times with Focusing Solutions Consultation. 

Does Focusing Solutions Consultation work directly with my child's school?

Focusing Solutions Consultation does not work directly with schools in matters involving clients or their families. While you may see our name or related presentations within a school setting, our work with children and families remains private and is intended solely to support school collaboration through documentation and recommendations. 

Can I write an email about my situation and ask how to proceed?

Yes! Focusing Solutions Consultation is a boutique consulting firm committed to treating every client with respect and complete confidentiality. If you have questions or concerns about any of our services, please feel free to send a brief email. You can expect a response within 48 hours. 

Does Focusing Solutions Consultation have set business hours?

No. Focusing Solution Consultation maintains flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and their families. As a boutique consulting firm, we work around your schedule whenever possible.
