How the consultation process works
We make it simple to collaborate and develop an effective strategy tailored to your child's unique setting and needs. Here is the straightforward process from initial contact to follow-up.
1. Inquiry and intake
Submit your initial inquiry, complete the detailed intake form, and sign the service agreement so we have the background required to assist you.
2. Service delivery
We render your requested services and design a comprehensive, detailed action plan focused on your child's development across school, home, or community environments.
3. Review and monitor
Two weeks after signing the agreement, your plan will be complete and we will schedule a 20-minute review session. You will also receive a follow-up survey and an opportunity to share feedback on your progress. If additional services are needed, we can determine the next steps at that time.

You will leave with a detailed, actionable plan tailored specifically to the service you requested. If additional information is needed during the process, we will promptly connect with you by email or phone to ensure each goal is fully addressed.

Preparation and next steps
Before any services begin, clients are asked to complete three essential items: an initial inquiry, a comprehensive intake document, and an agreement page. If you require a formal meeting prior to services beginning, special consideration will gladly be taken to meet your family's needs.
Structured follow-up support
Our commitment extends well beyond the initial delivery. Once the agreement has been signed and returned, you will receive your plan within two weeks. At that time, we will schedule a 20-minute review session.
If additional time is needed, we can arrange further review sessions. Before scheduling any additional sessions, we will ask you to complete a brief survey to help ensure your expectations have been fully met.
